Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Huligānisma krimināltiesiskie aspekti”.
Darba mērķis ir izpētīt huligānisma kā noziedzīga nodarījuma sastāvu, tā kvalificējošās pazīmes un konstatēt piemērošanas problēmas praksē. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto darba mērķi, autore izpētīs literatūras avotus, kuros atrodama informācija par huligānismu, iepazīsies ar tiesu praksi huligānisma lietās, kā arī izvērtēs Latvijas un ārvalstu normatīvos aktus, kuri paredz atbildību par šo noziedzīgo nodarījumu.
Izvērtējot darba izstrādes procesā iegūtos rezultātus, tika konstatēts, ka Krimināllikuma 231.pantā iekļautais huligānisma regulējums ir pārāk nekonkrēts. Likumā nepieciešams veikt grozījumus, lai precizētu jau esošo regulējumu, paredzot arī jaunus risinājumus, kā apkarot huligānismu.

The aim of this thesis is to explore bullying as a criminal offense, the qualifying elements and identify problems in the application in practice. In order to achieve the objective of the thesis, the author will explore the literary sources from which information on hooliganism acquainted with the case law on hooliganism cases, as well as assess the Latvian and foreign laws and regulations, which lay down the responsibility for that offense.
After evaluating the results of this thesis, it was stated by author that the legal regulation for hooliganism stated in Criminal Law article Nr. 231. is too vague. The law needs to be amended to clarify the existing regulatory framework, including the new solutions to cope with blackguardism.
