| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Kontrabanda”. Bakalaura Darba Autores mērķis ir izvērtēt un izpētīt kontrabandu Latvijā, kā arī izpētīt ārvalstu krimināllikumus. Darba mērķis ir analizēt noziedzīgu nodarījumu tautsaimniecībā, atbildība tiek paredzēta pēc Krimināllikuma 190. Panta un 191.panta - Kontrabanda. Kontrabanda ir nelegālo preču ievešana, glabāšana un realizēšana pāri muitas robežai, lai apietu valsts nodokļu likumu. Mūsdienās tēma kontrabanda ir aktuāla, jo Latvija ir viena no tranzīta valstīm pār kuru tiek pārvesta nelegālās preces. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Bachelor's thesis: " Contraband ". The Bachelor author's purpose is to review and investigate the smuggling of Latvian as well as explore foreign criminal laws. The aim is to analyze crime economy liability to the Criminal 190th paragraph and article 191 - Smuggling. Smuggling is illegal importation of goods, storage and realization across the customs border to circumvent national tax laws. Nowadays smuggling theme is topical because Latvia is one of the transit countries through which the illicit goods is transferred. | en_US |
