The research paper contains analysis of the concept of state budget, meaning, the legal nature of this institution is specified both from the viewpoint of the legal theory and the history of the law. The Master’s paper also reviews the jurisdiction of the constitutional institutions within state finance matters and specifies the law content of the budget. The author has also analyzed the jurisdiction of the constitutional court to assess the compliance of the law on state budget with the legal norms of higher judicial force. | en_US |
