Bērna socializācija ģimenē un vecāku līdztiesības nozīme

Abstract

Darbā ir izvērtēta vecāku līdztiesības nozīme bērna veidošanos ģimenē. Papildus sniegts skaidrojums un juridiskais raksturojums tiem terminiem, kas nesaraujami saistīti ar vecāku līdztiesības nozīmi bērna veidošanos, kā arī, sniegts sociāltiesisks ieskats bērna socializācijas problemātikā. Attiecībā uz vecāku līdztiesību, ir ieskicēta tās izpausme praksē, noteikts vai tā ir absolūta, kā arī norādīts, kādas iespējas ir vienam vecākam vienpersoniski pārstāvēt bērnu personiskajās un mantiskajās attiecībās, un kā tās ietekmē bērna pienācīgu veidošanos ģimenē. Vienlaikus darba ietvaros sniegts vecāku līdztiesības principa saturs, proti, realizējot bērna aizgādību un pārvaldot bērna mantu, ģimenē ir līdzvērtīga loma abiem vecākiem – pirmkārt, sievietei, kas bērnu dzemdējusi, un vīrietim, kas ir šīs sievietes vīrs, otrkārt, sievietei, kas bērnu dzemdējusi, un vīrietim, kas atzinis šī bērna paternitāti vai šo paternitāti noteikusi tiesa.

The master work is the first research of its kind regarding the importance of equal parent’s rights among woman and man in its solicitude of children and child development. The first chapter of the work contains law definition about equality of parents rights and about related terms such as child, parent, family, and parental authority. According to gained information the equality of parent’s rights is a part of equal worth between woman and man in its solicitude of children and managing child’s property. The second chapter goes into a detailed analysis of child development from sociological and law expert point of view. Moreover, it is consolidate that child as new member of one’s society overrun this society’s values, opinions and traditions through the adequate breeding. The third chapter is oriented on the analyzing the current situation in Latvia according to the equality of parent’s rights. Moreover, it is consolidating that only two fond parents can give child all that is necessary for his proper becoming wholesome member of society and decent citizen.
