Atjaunojamo energoresursu atbalsta mehānismu tiesiskais regulējums Eiropas Savienībā un Latvijas Republikā

Abstract

Maģistra darba autors atbilstoši maģistra darba tēmai „Atjaunojamo energoresursu atbalsta mehānismu tiesiskais regulējums Eiropas Savienībā un Latvijas Republikā” maģistra darba ietvaros apskata atjaunojamo energoresursu jēdziena ietvaru Eiropas Savienībā un Latvijas Republikā. Maģistra darbā arī tiek apskatīti Eiropas Savienībās dalībvalstīs ieviestie atbalsta mehānismi atjaunojamo energoresursu izmantošanas veicināšanai, kā arī veikts atbalsta mehānismu apraksts un salīdzinājums. Vienlaikus maģistra darbā apskatīts arī tiesiskais regulējums Latvijas Republikā, kas paredz atbalsta mehānismus, nolūkā veicināt vietējo atjaunojamo energoresursu izmantošanu un palielināt atjaunojamo energoresursu īpatsvaru kopējā Latvijas Republikas enerģijas patēriņā.

Author of master's work in accordance with the theme of master's work „Legal framework for renewable energy support mechanism in the European Union Republic of Latvia” examine within the framework of the concept of renewable energy in European Union countries and the Republic of Latvia. The masters’ work introduces to the support mechanisms implemented to promote the use of renewable energy, as well as describes and draws comparison of the European Union member states. Furthermore it examine within the legal framework, which provides support mechanisms to promote local renewable energy in the Republic of Latvia and the increased use of renewable energy in the total energy consumption in the Republic of Latvia.
