| dc.description.abstract | Darba „Cietušā tiesības Kriminālprocesā” mērķis ir pētīt un analizēt cietušā tiesību vispārīgos pamatprincipus, vērtēt cietušā tiesības pirmstiesas procesā un lietas izskatīšanā tiesā, šobrīd spēkā esošajā Kriminālprocesa likumā, sniedzot arī iespējamos problēmu risinājumus.
Darbā tiek pētīta cietušā jēdziena vēsturiskā attīstība, cietušā jēdziens mūsdienu kriminālprocesā, vērtēti cietušā tiesību vispārīgie principi, cietušā tiesības pirmstiesas procesā un lietas izskatīšanā tiesā, analizējot šo tiesību piemērotību mūsdienu normatīvajiem aktiem un piedāvājot atbilstošus problēmu risinājumus.

| dc.description.abstract | The objective of work "Rights of the victim’s in criminal procedure" is to study and analyze the general principles of the victim, to assess the victim's rights in the pre-trial proceedings and during trial in the current Criminal procedure law, also providing the solution for potential problems.
The work examines the victim’s concept historical development, the modern concept of victim in criminal proceedings, including an assessment of the victim's rights general framework, the victim's rights in the pre-trial proceedings and during trial by analyzing their suitability for modern laws, and offering appropriate solutions to problems.
