Tēmas svarīgumu apstiprina fakts, ka mēs visi dzīvojam Latvijā, esam sabiedrības sastāvdaļa un kopā piedalāmies sociālā un tiesiskā mijiedarbībā ar valsti. Tāpēc katram indivīdam ir svarīgi – kā šās pārmainās attiecas uz mani personīgi un uz manu tiesisko apziņu.
Galvenie secinājumi ir šādi. Ekonomiskā krīze ir izraisījusi nepareizu izpratni par vērtībām un prioritātēm. Sabiedrībā ir tendence patērēt vairāk kā dot pretī, kas traucē pienācīgu sociālo mijiedarbību. Turklāt tas noved pie indivīdu rīcības pāri likuma un morāles robežām, kam seko sabiedrības morāles un tiesiskās apziņas reducēšanās. Un visbeidzot – valsts pārāk zemu novērtē tiesiskās apziņas deformācijas un globalizācijas ietekmi sabiedrībā. The importance of subject is based on the fact that we all live in Latvia, we are an ingredient of society and together we take a part in social and legal interaction with a State. Therefore every individual is to understand – how do these changes concern to me personally and to my legal consciousness.
The main conclusions are as follows. The economical crisis has caused a wrong comprehension of the values and priorities. Society has a trend to consume more than give in return which cause a lack of proper social interaction. Besides it leads the actions of individuals beyond the legal and moral borders which are followed by the reduction of the moral and legal consciousness of the society. And finally – the State underestimates the influence of the deformation of the legal consciousness and globalization in society.
