Nāves sods "par" vai "pret" juridiskie aspekti
Zusammenfassung
Sabiedrībā jau no tās pirmsākumiem arvien ir aktuāla nāves soda piemērošana, tā saturs un veidi. Darbs ļauj izprast nāves soda pirmsākumus un tā piemērošanas juridiskos aspektus, kā arī sniedz salīdzinošu ieskatu šā soda veida evolūcijā.
Darbā analizēti cilvēku rīcības motīvi, pieļaujot šo soda veidu, it sevišķi ņemot vērā to, ka tā piemērošana un saturs arvien aktualizējas starpvalstu militāru konfliktu gadījumos, kas, diemžēl, ir aktuāli arī mūsdienās, piemēram, Ukrainā, Afganistānā u.c. pasaulē. Darba ietvaros aplūkotais jēdziens „nāves sods” nav saistīts tikai ar vienu no soda veidiem, t.i. par noziedzīgo nodarījumu, bet autore analizē arī to, kādu iemeslu dēļ un kādos gadījumos citu cilvēku aktīvas darbības rezultātā iestājas nāves sodam identiskas sekas – cilvēka nāve.

Author analyzes the motives of people, allowing for this kind of punishment, especially given the fact that its application and content ever brought up the interstate military conflicts, which, unfortunately, is akutāli today, such as Ukraine, Afghanistan. Within the framework, the concept of "death penalty" is not only one of the punishment, ie the offense, but the author also analyzes the reasons why and when other people's active operations resulting in the death penalty the same effects - human death.
