Darbā “Izrādes un publikas komunikācijas struktūra 21. gs. latviešu teātrī” pirmo reizi latviešu teātra zinātnē etapos analizēta teātra un sabiedrības saziņas forma, sākot no izrādes ieceres izsludināšanas līdz publikas atgriezeniskajai saitei. Darba piecās nodaļās analizēta iepriekš zināmās informācijas un skatītāju priekšnojautu, spēles laukuma un skatītāju vietu novietojuma, vēstījuma struktūru, aktiera un publikas lomas ietekme izrādes uztveres procesā. Katrā nodaļā ietverta komunikācijas struktūras komponentu veidojošo elementu raksturojums atšķirīgās režijas praksēs. Darbs izstrādāts balstoties uz teātra zinātnieces Ērikas Fišeres-Lihtes pētījumu par izrādes transformējošo spēku, teātra zinātnieka Džona Vaitmora grāmatu par postmodernā teātra režiju un iestudējumiem Latvijas profesionālajos repertuārteātros pēdējā desmitgadē.
