"Lielās zinību enciklopēdijas" mākslas un kultūras nodaļas literārā rediģēšana

Abstract

Diplomdarbs ir veidots no divām galvenajām daļām. Pirmā ir teorētiskā daļa, kas veidota, pamatojoties uz rediģējamā manuskripta kļūdām. Otrā daļa ir pats manuskripts ar tajā veiktajiem labojumiem. Rediģējamais teksts ir no angļu valodas tulkota darba „Lielā zinību enciklopēdija” mākslas un kultūras nodaļas fragments. Šim tekstam raksturīgas kā populārzinātniskā, tā zinātniskā stila iezīmes, tādēļ ievērotas abiem stiliem raksturīgās pazīmes un normas. Manuskriptā kļūdu ir ļoti daudz, un tās konstatētas visos valodas lietojuma līmeņos, tomēr tās visas nevar iekļaut vienā darbā, un tas arī nav nepieciešams. Pieminētas un analizētas ir biežāk sastopamās, īpatnējākās kļūdas. Teorētiskajā daļā manuskripta kļūdas strukturētas piecās nodaļās: ortogrāfija, morfoloģija, sintakse, interpunkcija un leksikostilistika. Tās teksta nepilnības, kuras ir netipiskas un nav iekļaujamas nevienā no nodaļām, ir apspriestas ievadā.

The diploma work is constructed in two main parts. First part is theoretical, which is structured on the ground of imperfections in the editing manuscript. Second part is the edited manuscript. Editing material is part of arts and culture chapter of the “Book of Knowledge”, which is translated from English. This text can be characterized as a scientific as well as popular-science, therefore requirements and features of both language styles are taken into account. There are a large number of various mistakes in the manuscript and these imperfections are in all levels of language usage, though not all of them can be included in one paper and it is not also necessary. Only frequent and specific imperfections are mentioned and analyzed. In theoretical part imperfections are structured in five chapters: orthography, morphology, syntax, punctuation and lexical stylistics. Those imperfections of the text, which are atypical and can not be included in any chapter, are discussed in the introduction.
