Slavinājums un nopēlums Menandra rētorikā

Abstract

Darba tēma ir „Slavinājums un nopēlums Menandra rētorikā”. Menandra rētorika, ņemot vērā faktu, ka laika posmā līdz pat mūsu ēras 5. gadsimtam tā ir uzskatāma par vienīgo pieejamo, sistemātisko rētorikas traktātu epideiktiskās daiļrunas jomā, ir atbilstošs materiāls epideiktiskās daiļrunas primāro formētājelementu – slavinājuma un nopēluma – izpētei. Tādējādi darba mērķis ir noteikt Menandra rētorikā (rētorikas otrajā daļā) slavinājuma un nopēluma kā epideiktiskās daiļrunas formētājelementu jēdzienisko koncepciju, terminoloģijas semantiku, kā arī strukturālās iezīmes runas veidošanas kompozīcijā. Tāpat darbā aplūkoti arī Menandra rētorikas recepcijas aspekti epideiktiskās daiļrunas primāro formētējelementu kontekstā. The subject of this paper is „Praise and Condemnation in Menander’s Rhetoric”. Menander’s Rhetoric (which is considered to be the only accessible and systematic treatise on rhetoric in field of epideictic oratory untill 5th century A.D.) is appropriate material for research of chief formants of epideictic oratory, i.e., praise and condemnation. The aim of the research is to discover the concept of chief formants of epideictic oratory, semantics of terminology and structural features. In context of epideictic oratory and Menander’s treatise, chief formants of epideictic oratory are researched in the aspect of reception as well.
