Viļaka un tās apkārtne folklorā (teikās un nostāstos)

Abstract

Autore darbā „Viļaka un tās apkārtne folklorā (teikās un nostāstos)” apskata teikas un nostāstus par Viļakas pilsētu un tai apkārt esošiem pagastiem: Medņevas, Susāju, Vecumu un Žīguru. Viļaka atrodas 8 kilometru attālumā no Krievijas Federācijas robežas. Darbā ietvertā teritorija no 1925. – 1959. gadam ietilpa Abrenes apriņķī, kur bija izveidots Viļakas pagasta centrs. Darbs sastāv no 4 nodaļām, kur iekļauts teorētiskais, vēsturiskais un praktiskais ieskats teikās un ko tās sniedz lasītājiem. Pēdējā nodaļā apkopotas anketas, kuras aizpildīja Viļakas Valsts ģimnāzijas skolēni. Rakstot darbu autore nolēma, ka, balstoties uz lietuviešu folkloras materiāliem, nostāsti tiks uzskatīti par vēsturiskajām teikām. Darbā apkopotas teikas stāsta par pilsētu un tai apkārt esošajiem ciemiem. Tāpat iekļautas teikas, kuras zina stāstīt vietējie iedzīvotāji, un kuras nav atrodamas Folkloras krātuvē. The theme of the research is “Viļaka and the surrounding area in folklore (legends and tales)”, in which the author considers legends and tales about Viļaka town and the surrounding parishes – Medņeva, Susāji, Vecumi and Žīguri. Viļaka is located 8 kilometers from the boarder with the Russian Federation. From 1925 till 1945 this territory was included in Abrene county and was the centre of Viļaka parish. The work consists of four chapters, which include theoretical, historical and practical insight into tales and legends, meanwhile stressing their importance to readers. The last chapter provides a summary of questionnaires that were filled in by pupils of Viļaka State gymnasium. While writing the work the author established that according to Lithuanian folklore materials tales are to be considered as historic legend. The collected legends tell stories about the town and the villages around. Moreover, the author has included legends that local people know, yet those have not been found if Folklore depository.
