Ražotāja pilnvarotā pārstāvja, preču importētāja un izplatītāja tiesiskie aspekti

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir "Ražotāja pilvarotā pārstāvja, importētāja un izplatītāja tiesiskie aspekti". Lai nodrošinātu augstu sabiedrības interešu aizsardzības līmeni kā veselība, drošums, patērētāju aizsardzības un vides aizsardzības līmeni, kā arī lai garantētu godīgu konkurenci, precei jāatbilst noteiktajiem normatīvajiem aktiem, un uzņēmējiem jāuzņemas atbildība par produkta atbilstību, ņemot vērā tiem noteiktus pienākumus piegādes ķēdē. Tāpēc bakalaura darba izpētes mērķis ir noteikt problēmas un atrast iespējamos risinājumus, pamatojoties uz preces drošumu. Bakalaura darbs strukturāli sadalīts 3 daļās: ievads, kas atspoguļo tēmas aktualitāti, darba mērķi un uzdevumus, izpētes daļa, kas iekļāuj tēmas izklāstu, iegūtas informācijas apstrādi un novērtēšanu, un nobeigums, kurā ir iekļauti secinājumi un tēzes. Papildus darbam pievienots izmantotās literatūras saraksts. Darba izstrādāšānas gaitā tika izmantoti teorētiskās izpētes metode un monogrāfiskā metode. Bakalaura darba rasktīšanai izmantoti Latvijas Republikas un Eiropas Savienības normatīvie akti, interneta resursi, Latvijas Republikas Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centra izdotie informatīvie materiāli un tā gada pārskats par 2008.gadu, kas iekļauj statistiskus rādītājus un lēmumus sūdzību izskatīšanai. Darbs sastāv no 43 lapām, iekļāuj 3 attēlus, 3 tabulas, bez pielikumiem.

The topic of Bachelor’s Thesis is Legal Aspects of Authorised Representative of Manufacturer, Importer and Distributor. To ensure high level of such society interests as customer’s health, safety, protection and environment protection, to guarantee honest competitiveness, it is necessary that all the goods correspond to specific standard acts. Entrepreneurs must take a responsibility for product compliance according to their duties in the supply chain. That is why the goal defined in the research of Bachelor’s Thesis is to define problems and to find appropriate solutions in process of sharing the responsibilities and duties of supply chain participants capturing the safety of goods. The research is divided into 3 parts: introduction that includes the characteristics of topicality, goals and tasks of Bachelor’s work; research part that consists of investigation of the topic, analysis and evaluation of received information; and conclusion that shows the result of the research, resume and defined propositions. The list of used literature is attached to Bachelor’s work. In the research process there were the methods of theoretical and monographic research used. The basis of these methods is analysis of literature and informational material. Standard acts of the Republic of Latvia and European Union, informational materials of Consumer Rights Protection Centre about the topic of research, annual report (2008) of Consumer Rights Protection Centre that contains statistical information and decisions of customer complaints, and internet recourses were used in the Bachelor’s thesis. Bachelor’s thesis contains of 43 pages, it has 3 pictures, 3 tables, without attachments.
