Papildsods- policijas kontrole

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma „Papildsods – policijas kontrole” tika izvēlēta balstoties uz tās aktualitāti un praktisko nozīmi. Darbs sniedz ieskatu policijas kontroles tiesiskajā regulējumā, papildsoda nozīmē un būtībā, kā arī pēdējās aktualitātēs par policijas kontroles tiesisko regulējumu un konstatētajām problēmām tajā. Darba mērķis ir papildsoda – policijas kontrole, tiesiskā regulējuma un prakses izpēte, kā rezultātā konkrētu priekšlikumu sagatavošana to pilnveidošanai. Darbā tiek veikts soda vispārīgs vēsturisks apskats, kā arī papildsoda – policijas kontrole, jēdziena izpēte. Darbā tiek pētīta policijas kontroles loma Latvijas krimināltiesībās, tās nepieciešamība, kā arī tiek apskatītas policijas kontroles izpildes problēmas un šobrīd esošās policijas kontroles realizēšanas iespējas ārpus Latvijas Republikas. Darbā tiek veikts ārvalstīs esošo papildsodu tiesiskā regulējuma salīdzinājums ar policijas kontroles tiesisko regulējumu.

The thesis of the diploma paper “Additional punishment – police control” was selected on the basis of its relevance and practical importance. The paper provides insight into the police controls legislation, and into the additional punishment importance and essence, as well as latest actualities of police controls legislation and the problems identified in it. The aim of the diploma paper is additional punishments – police control, legal framework exploration and practice research, consequently the preparation of concrete proposals for their improvement. The paper includes general historical overview of punishment and additional punishments – police control, concept study. The paper examines the role of the police control in Latvian criminal law, its necessity, and the problems of enforcement of police control and now subsisting opportunities of realization of police control outside the Latvian Republic. The paper includes foreign regulatory of additional punishment comparison with the police control legislation.
