Zusammenfassung
Diplomdarba temats „Nelikumīga alkohola aprite” ir īpaši aktuāls, jo Latvijas Republikā nelikumīga alkohola aprite ieņem būtisko vietu kopējā alkohola apritē, sakarā ar ko negatīvi ietekmē valsts ekonomiku, noziedzības līmeni valstī un ir uzskatāma par nopietno iedzīvotāju veselības apdraudējumu. Pētījuma mērķi ir nelikumīga alkohola aprites analīzes rezultātā noteikt nelikumīga alkohola apriti veicinošus faktorus, un sniegt priekšlikumus to likvidācijai. Diplomdarba izstrādes laikā lielāko uzmanību autore pievērš tiesību normu analīzei. Pamatojoties uz pētījuma laikā sasniegtiem rezultātiem, kopsavilkumā autore apkopo nelikumīga alkohola apriti veicinošus faktorus un sniedz priekšlikumus to likvidācijai. The theme of the thesis „Turnover of illegal alcohol” is actual as in the Latvian Republic the turnover of illegal alcohol makes a considerable part of the total alcohol turnover and accordingly makes negative impact to the health of country’s population, state economy and crime rate. Research main objectives are the definition of the reasons of growth of illegal alcohol turnover and the proposal of possible variants of their liquidation. In the course of thesis working out the author reveals and analyzes factors promoting growth of illegal alcohol turnover, placing emphasis on the analysis of legal norms. Being based on the results reached during the research, in the conclusion the author generalizes factors promoting growth of illegal alcohol turnover and points out possible variants of their liquidation.
