Tādēļ likumdevējs, izstrādājot un pieņemot Darba likumu, normās ir iestrādājis attīstīto pasaules valstu praksē vispāratzītos darba tiesību sistēmas pamatprincipus, kas jāievēro darba tiesiskajās attiecībās.
