| dc.description.abstract | Informācijas tehnoloģiju izmantošana kārtības policijas inspektoru darbā ir neatņemama un svarīga ikdienas darba sastāvdaļa, taču šajā jomā ir nepieciešama tiesību aktu pilnveidošana, lai uzlabotu un efektivizētu kārtības policijas inspektoru darbu, tāpēc tas ir aktuāls, apjomīgs un interesants pētījuma temats.
Pētījuma mērķis - Izpētīt un analizēt kādas informācijas tehnoloģijas tiek lietotas kārtības policijas inspektora dienesta pienākumu veikšanai un sniegt priekšlikumus tiesību aktu pilnveidei, lai uzlabotu inspektora darbu.
Pētījuma uzdevumi:
1.Iepazīties ar kārtības policijas dienestu struktūru un reģionālo iedalījumu.
2.Izzināt tiesību aktus, kas reglamentē kārtības policijas inspektoru darbu un informācijas tehnoloģiju lietošanu Valsts policijā.
3.Izpētīt un analizēt informācijas tehnoloģiju lietošanu kārtības policijas dienestā, to atbilstību normatīvo aktu prasībām.
4.Noskaidrot informācijas tehnoloģiju lietošanas problēmas kārtības policijas inspektora darbā, sniegt priekšlikumus trūkumu novēršanai un darba kvalitātes uzlabošanai.
Pētījumā tika analizēta literatūra un normatīvie akti par informācijas tehnoloģiju izmantošanu kārtības policijas darbā un sniegti priekšlikumi tiesību aktu pilnveidošanai. Tika analizēta arī prakses vietā iegūtā informācija par informācijas tehnoloģiju lietošanas iespējām un problēmām, kā arī balstoties uz analīzi, tiks veikta salīdzināšana. Pētījums balstīts ne tikai uz kvalitatīvām pētniecības metodēm, bet tajā arī iekļauti autores novērojumi un personīgā pieredze. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Information technology in civil police inspectors' work is an integral and important part of everyday work, but this area is necessary for improved law enforcement in order to improve and increase the effectiveness of civil police inspectors, so it is up to date, extensive and interesting research topic.
The aim of the research work is to examine and analyze what information technology is used in civil police inspector on official duty and to make proposals to legislation to improve the inspector's work.
Research objectives:
1.Order to meet with police services and the structure of regional division.
2.Investigate the law governing the procedure of police inspectors and use of information technology at the State Police.
3.Explore and analyze the information technology of civil police service, to comply with statutory requirements.
4.Clarify the use of information technology issues of civil police inspectors' work, make proposals disadvantages rectification and work to improve the quality.
The study of the literature and legislation on the use of information technology policy in police work and presents proposals for improving legislation. We analyzed the information obtained by surgery on the use of information technology opportunities and challenges, as well as on the basis of the analysis will be carried out in comparison.
