Zusammenfassung
Bakalaura darbu „Audzinoša rakstura piespiedu līdzekļi” izstrādāja Latvijas Universitātes Juridiskās fakultātes akadēmiskās studiju programmas „Tiesību zinātne” 8.semestra studente Ilze Galvanovska.
Darba apjoms: 50 lappuses, 23 bibliogrāfiskie nosaukumi, 3.pielikumi.

Darbā autore apskata Latvijas tiesu praksi un ārvalstu normatīvos regulējumus.
Darbā pielietota vēsturiskā, salīdzinošā un sistēmiskā metode, veiktas ekspertintervijas.
Balstoties uz konkrētām teorijām, darbā tiek pamatoti nepilngadīgo noziedzības cēloņi. Tiek atainota audzinoša rakstura piespiedu līdzekļi piemērošana ārvalstu krimināllikumos. Tāpat tika veikta periodisko izdevumu situācijas izpēta Latvijā. Mērķis un uzdevumi ir sasniegti. On the basis of certain theories work is justified juvenile delinquency causes. Is displayed means of enforcement of educational character application foreign criminal law. Was carried out periodical study of the situation Latvian. The goal of the bachelor paper and objectives are achieved.
