Latvijas Republikas nacionālo bruņoto spēku darbība Eiropas Savienības militārajās struktūrās

Abstract

Autora izvēlētā bakalaura tēma – „Latvijas Republikas Nacionālo bruņoto spēku darbība Eiropas Savienības militārajās struktūrās”, kuras aktualitātes pamatā ir ne tikai militārpersonu īpašais statuss un atbildība, bet arī medijos paustais, ka bruņotie spēki patērē daudz līdzekļu, bet nav jūtams to ieguldījums sabiedrībā. Par bakalaura darba mērķi autors izvirza aktualizēt jautājumus par Latvijas Nacionālo bruņoto spēku ieguldījumu ne tikai NATO, bet arī Eiropas Savienībā, kā arī parādīt tā tiesisko regulējumu, praktisko raksturojumu un elementu analīzi par ieguldījumu un kopīgo atbildību drošības un aizsardzības jomā. Tādēļ šajā pētījumā var uzskatīt par svarīgu raksturot militārā ieguldījuma svarīgumu pasaules drošībā.

Author selected bachelor work – „Activity of the National Armed Forces of the Republic of Latvia in the European Union military structure”, which is based not only on military special status and responsibility, but also the media expressed that in the armed forces have been a number of expenditures but there is no feeling about real return back to society. For bachelor work aim the author raises issues of the Latvian National Armed Forces military contribution not only to the NATO but to European Union as well, and to show its legal nature, essential characteristics and elements analysis of that contribution and common responsibility in the field of security and defence. Therefore, this study can be considered important to characterise the importance of military contribution in the world’s more secure environment.
