Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Vecuma pensijas Latvijā un to tiesiskais regulējums”. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 5 nodaļām un 2 apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem grozījumiem vecuma pensijas tiesiskajā regulējumā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt pensiju sistēmas tiesisko regulējumu Latvijā, pārejot uz tirgus ekonomiku. Salīdzināt ar vecuma pensijas tiesisko regulējumu Vācijā, Dānija un Igaunijā. Rast risinājumu pensiju sistēmas tiesiskā regulējuma uzlabošanai. Bakalaura darba tēma ir aktuāla, jo jārod risinājums pensiju sistēmas finansējumam budžeta konsolidācijas un demogrāfijas deficīta apstākļos. Darba apjoms ir 41 lapa, tajā izmantoti 36 avoti, Eiropas Savienības, Latvijas Republikas un citu valstu normatīvie akti, literatūra un interneta resursi. The theme of the Bachelor Paper is „Old age pensions in Latvia and their legal order”. The Paper consists of an introduction, 5 chapters and 2 sub-chapters, conclusions and recommendations for amendments in the legal order of old age pensions. The objective of the Bachelor Paper is to investigate the legal order of the pension system in Latvia in connection with move to a market-based economy. Compare the legal order of old age pensions in Germany, Denmark and Estonia. Find out a possible solution for improvement of the order. The theme of the Bachelor Paper is actual because it is important to ensure the financial basis for a pension system in conditions of budget consolidation and demographic deficit. The volume of the Bachelor Paper is 41 page. There are 36 sources of the European Union, the Republic of Latvia, publications and Internet sources used in the Paper.
