Sociālā pedagoga darbība mobinga mazināšanā Rīgas 80. vidusskolā

Abstract

Diplomdarba ievadā darba autore aktualizē mobinga problēmu skolā un nepieciešamību izglītot un informēt skolēnus par mobinga izpausmes veidiem un cēloņiem. Darba teorētiskajā daļā veikta mobinga jēdziena analīze un tā izpausmes skolas vidē. Darba praktiskajā daļā veikts pētījums Rīgas 80.vidusskolā un ar izveidoto Bērnu tiesību aizsardzības komisijas palīdzību izstrādāta programma, ar kuras realizācijas palīdzību tiks mazināti mobinga gadījumi skolā. Izstrādājot diplomdarbu, informācija tika gūta analizējot esošo literatūru, tai skaitā sociālpedagoģisko literatūru un internetu par mobingu, kā arī pārrunās ar Bērnu tiesību aizsardzības komisijas locekļiem, aptaujas laikā iegūtajām ziņām, kā arī izmantoti Rīgas 80. vidusskolas veikto aptauju 1. līdz 12. klasēs, rezultāti.

The author emphasizes the problem of the mobbing in the school and necessity of the education and informing of schoolchildren about mobbing. The theoretical part of the Diploma paper presents analyses of the term Mobbing. The practical part of the Diploma paper presents research executed in Riga Secondary School No. 80th and program developed in co-operation with the Commission of the Protection of the Rights of the Children. Working on the Diploma paper, the information has been collected from the literature about Mobbing, interviews with schoolchildren and members of Commission of the Protection of the Rights of the Children, opinion survey made Riga Secondary School No. 80th.
