Galvenie problēmjautājumi maza uzņēmuma datorsistēmu un datortīklu administrēšanā.

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darbā tiek izpētītas galvenās datorsistēmu un datortīklu administrēšanas problēmas, ar kurām darba autors saskāries uzņēmumā, kurā tika veikta studiju prakse. Tiek veikta šo problēmu analīze un sniegti risinājumi. Tā kā prakse tika veikta mazā uzņēmumā, tad arī darbā minētās un pētītās problēmas vairāk saistītas ar maziem vai nelieliem uzņēmumiem, nevis lieliem uzņēmumiem, kuros pastāv gluži citādi tīklu administrēšanas noteikumi. Darba teorētisko daļu veido galveno problēmjautājumu izklāsts un teorētiskā informācija par datortīkla centralizētu administrēšanu, par informācijas aizsardzības pasākumiem, par dokumentu koplietošanu un mēstuļu filtrēšanas nozīmi. Darba praktiskajā daļā tiek piedāvāti praktiski teorētiskajā daļā pieminēto problēmu risinājumi. Kvalifikācijas darba noslēgumā sniegti autora secinājumi saistībā ar pētītajām problēmām un to risinājumiem.

Qualification paper „The key issues in PC and LAN administration of a small enterprise” shows the analysis and studies of main problems encountered in authors’ experience while performing the field practice in a small organization. The problems have been analyzed and the possible practical solutions have been given. The field practice has been performed in a small organization, thus this paper studies more the issues of an IT field in a small enterprise rather than of a large one. The theoretical part of the Qualification paper contains the list of key issues encountered while performing the field practice in the organization. The key issues are as fallow: Central administration of a network, security issues of the information, document sharing and spam filtering. Solutions of the key issues mentioned in the theoretical part are given in the practical part of the Qualification paper. In conclusion the author of the paper is summarizing and giving the conclusion theses regarding the tasks completed and information analyzed.
