Studentu izaugsmes vērtēšana supervīzijas vadībā profesionālā augstākās izglītības sociālā darba /sociālās pedagoģijas studiju programmās.

Abstract

Izglītības sistēma ietver sevī daudzas iespējas studiju procesa organizēšanā un veidošanā, lai nodrošinātu indivīda dzīves telpas produktīvu, kreatīvu un aktīvu apgūšanu, kā arī mācīšanas un mācīšanās procesā gūtu pieredzi, kas veicinātu studentu profesionālo izaugsmi un veiksmīgu iesaistīšanos darba tirgū. Tieši problēmbāzētās izglītības pieeja ir viena no alternatīvām pieejām studiju procesa veidošanā. Sociālā darba un sociālās pedagoģijas studiju programmas šādā pieejā ir orientētas uz studentu personiskās patības veidošanos profesionālā patībā, tāpēc uzsvars tiek likts uz studentu izaugsmi studiju procesā, kur liela nozīme ir supervīzijas vadības procesiem savstarpēji saistītās mācīšanās vietās – augstskolā un prakšu vietās. Tā kā studentu sasniegumiem ir jāatbilst noteiktiem izglītības sistēmas standartiem, tad nozīmīgs jautājums ir studentu izaugsmes vērtēšana supervīzijas procesos. Šī maģistra darba mērķis bija analizēt studentu izaugsmes vērtēšanu supervīzijas vadībā problēmbāzētā izglītības pieejā, gūto datu un analīzes rezultātā tika izstrādāti ieteikumi supervīzijas vadībā mācību moduļu un prakšu supervīzoriem. Maģistra darbs ietver 4 nodaļas: Pirmajā nodaļā ir analizēta problēmbāzētās izglītības pieeja modulārā sistēmā un ir apskatīti supervīzijas procesi studentu izaugsmes veicināšanā un nodrošināšanā. Otrajā darba nodaļā ir aprakstīts studentu izaugsmes vērtēšana šādā pieejā supervīzijas procesos. Trešajā darba nodaļā ir analizēta reālā situācija studentu izaugsmes vērtēšanā Sociālā darba un sociālās pedagoģijas augstskolā „Attīstība”. Ceturtajā nodaļā balstoties uz gūto informāciju un ekspertu viedokļiem ir izstrādāti ieteikumi studentu izaugsmes vērtēšanā augstskolā „Attīstība”.

Educational system involves various opportunities for organizing and formation of study process to ensure productive, creative and active growth of living space of an individual, as well as to gain experience in the process of studies that would facilitate students’ professional growth and a successful accession into labour market. Problem-based education approach is one of alternative approaches in the formation of study process. In study programs in social work and social pedagogy this approach is oriented on formation of students’ personal self-awareness in the professional self-comprehension; therefore, stress is laid on student’s growth in study process, where supervision management processes in interrelated places of education – higher school and places of practical training – are of great importance. As students’ achievements have to comply with certain standards of educational system, an important issue involves estimation of students’ growth in supervision processes. The object of this Master’s Paper is the analysis of estimation students’ growth in supervision management in the framework of problem-based education approach. As a result of the obtained data and the analysis recommendations in supervision management for supervisors of study modules and practical trainings have been developed. Master’s Paper consists of 4 sections: In the first section the problem-based education approach in modular system is analysed and supervision processes in facilitating and ensuring students’ growth are described. In the second chapter of the work evaluation of students’ growth in supervision processes of such approach is described. In the third section a real situation in evaluation of students’ growth at the Graduate School of Social Work and Social Pedagogy “Attīstība” analysed. In the fourth section, basing upon the obtained information and expert opinions, recommendations for estimation of students’ growth at “Attīstība” graduate school are developed.
