Sociālā pedagoga darba sistēma mācību neveiksmju prevencijā pamatizglības posmā.

Abstract

Sanitas Bizikas maģistra darbs „Sociālā pedagoga darba sistēma mācību neveiksmju prevencijā pamatizglītības posmā” tika izstrādāts, balstoties uz teorētisko literatūru mācību neveiksmju vispārizglītojošā skolā un tika izpētīta sociālā pedagoga darba sistēma mācību neveiksmju prevencijā. Tika izstrādāta sociālā pedagoga darbības sistēmas programma skolēnu nesekmības novēršanā. Pētījuma mērķis –izzināt neveiksmju cēloņus un sociālā pedagoga darbību neveiksmju situācijās un izstrādāt sociālā pedagoga darbības sistēmu skolēnu neveiksmju mazināšanai pamatizglītības posmā. Pētījuma objekts – sociālpedagoģiskā darbība. Pētījuma priekšmets – sociālā pedagoga darba sistēma mācību neveiksmju prevencijā. Darbā izmantotās pētīšanas metodes, literatūras analīze, dokumentu analīze, anketēšana, intervēšana, modelēšana, ekspertatzinums. Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, divām daļām un nobeiguma, 7 paskaidrojošām diagrammām, 7 tabulām un 8 shēmām, kā arī darbā ir izmantoti 58 literatūras avoti. Darba teorētiski pētnieciskajā daļā ir analizēti skolēnu mācību neveiksmju iemesli un cēloņi vispārizglītojošā skolā, no dažādu autoru skatījuma apskatītas skolēnu mācību neveiksmes. Apskatīja sociālā pedagoga darbību sistemātiskā skatījumā skolēnu nesekmības problēmu izzināšanā. Sociālā pedagoga darbā nozīmīgs komandas darbs un sadarbība ārpus skolas. Darba praktiski pētnieciskajā daļā analizēja un izpētīja sociālā pedagoga darbības sistēmu skolēnu nesekmības novēršanā Rīgas A skolā un izstrādāja sociālā pedagoga darbības sistēmas programmu skolēnu nesekmības novēršanā. Nobeigumā tika apkopoti pētījuma rezultāti un izdarīti secinājumi.

The subject to be discussed in the present research is the role of the social pedagogue’s action programme in preventing study failures in regular basic school. The action programme of the social pedagogue for preventing pupils’ study failures has been designed on the basis of scientific literature studied and practical research carried out. The objectives of the research are the following: to investigate the reasons causing study failures; to investigate the actions of the social pedagogue in the situations of students’ study failures; to design the action programme for the social pedagogue to diminish pupils’ study failures. Object of the research: social pedagogical action. Subject of the research: the system of work of the social pedagogue in preventing pupils’ study failures. Type of the research: combined the methods of the research were theoretical and pragmatic: the author did mathematical and statistic analysis of the research results; the analysis of literature, the analysis of documents and questionnaires interviewing, modeling, expert analysis. The contents of the MA Paper the research paper consists of introduction, 2 chapters and conclusion. The theoretical analysis on the research problems is illustrated by 7 diagrams, 7 tables and 8 graphs. The list of literature comprises 58 sources. Chapter 1 introduces the literature review of prevailing and current theories on pupils study failures. Chapter 2 gives the description of the methods of the research, presents the conclusions the author has, drawn and statistics on preventing study failures in a Riga school A and the programme of a social pedagogue for preventing pupils’ study failures. In the final part of the paper the author draws her conclusions about the results of her theoretical and practical research. Appendix provides the diagrams and the questionnaires used for data collecting and theoretical research.
