Izglītošanās vajadzību realizēšana vakara vidusskolā.

Abstract

Maģistra darbs ir par pieaugušo izglītību vakara vidusskolā. Tas sastāv no teorētiskās daļas, ko veido 4 nodaļas, pētījuma daļas un pielikuma. Maģistra darba mērķis – noskaidrot vakara vidusskolas nozīmi pieaugušo izglītošanās vajadzību realizēšanā. Pētījuma teorētiskajā daļā darba autore izvērtē tādus jautājumus kā personības attīstība, personības vajadzības, pieaugušo izglītība mūžizglītības kontekstā, mēģinot rast atbildi uz jautājumu, kādi faktori ir būtiski, lai, pieaugušajiem iestājoties vakara vidusskolā, viņi veiksmīgi realizētu izglītošanās vajadzības. Lai apstiprinātu hipotēzi par izglītošanās vajadzību pieaugumu mācīšanās procesā, pētījuma gaitā tiek izvirzīti sekojoši uzdevumi: 1.Izzināt mūžizglītības nozīmi personības attīstības kontekstā. 2.Noskaidrot jauniešu mācību pārtraukuma iemeslus. 3. Izpētīt empīrisko pētījumu rezultātus par iestāšanās iemesliem vakara vidusskolā. 4.Analizēt mācību procesa kvalitatīvos rādītājus. 5.Noteikt faktorus, kas motivē realizēt izglītošanās vajadzības. Maģistra darba praktiskā pētījuma daļā ir apkopotas un analizētas pieaugušo vakara vidusskolas audzēkņu atbildes uz pētījumam īpaši izveidotiem anketas jautājumiem, kas sniedz nozīmīgu priekšstatu par mācību pārtraukuma un mācību atsākšanas iemesliem, pieaugušo mērķiem izglītības ieguvei, kā rezultātā darba autore nonākusi pie secinājuma, ka tieši vakara vidusskolai ir būtiska loma pieaugušo formālās izglītības ieguvē. Darbā izmantotas sekojošas pētījuma metodes: -Literatūras analīze. -Dokumentu izpēte un to salīdzinošā analīze. -Aptaujas metodes – anketēšana, pārrunas. -Datu apstrādes matemātiskās statistikas metodes.

The master’s paper deals with adult education at evening secondary school. It consists of theoretical part, which is composed of four parts, as well as practical research and annex. The goal of the work is to find out the importance of secondary school in the realization of adult’s educational needs. In the theoretical part the author evaluates the following issues: the development and needs of personality, adult’s education in the context of lifelong learning, trying to find an answer to the question which factors are essential for adults when entering secondary evening school and making good progress in the process of studying. The following tasks are nominated in the course of research in order to verify a hypothesis on the growth of learning needs in the process of studies: 1.To find out the significance of lifelong learning in the context of personality’s development; 2.To clarify the reasons for interruption of learning process among young people; 3.To explore results of empirical research on the whys and wherefores of entering secondary evening school; 4.To analyse the qualitative indices of the educational process; 5.To define the factors which motivate the needs of studies. In the practical research part of master’s paper the author generalizes and analyses secondary evening school student’s answers to questions of questionnaire particularly defined for research, consequently providing a notable conception on motives for interruption and resuming of the learning process. As a result the author arrives at a conclusion that exactly the secondary evening school has an essential role in the obtaining adult’s formal education. The following methods are used in the paper: -The analysis of literature. -The research and comparative analysis of documents. -Methods of questionnaire - an inquiry form, interviews. -Mathematical statistics methods in the process of data processing.
