Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir pārmaiņas pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē un attīstības iespējas. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt pārmaiņu būtību un noskaidrot pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes kā organizācijas attīstības iespējas. Maģistra darbam ir divas nodaļas. Pirmajā nodaļā aplūkoti pārmaiņu procesi izglītībā, izglītības sistēmas pārmaiņu posmi, pārmaiņu būtība un aspekti, kā arī izglītības sistēmas problēmas pārmaiņu laikā. Apskatīta attīstībā esoša pirmsskolas izglītības iestāde pārmaiņu procesā un aprakstīta pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes plānošana. Otrajā nodaļā izmantotas empīriskās pētniecības metodes. Pētīta pirmsskolas iestādes darbība un noteikti iestādes attīstību traucējošie un veicinošie faktori. Pamatojoties uz teorētisko analīzi un empīriskajiem pētījumiem izstrādāti priekšlikumi pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes attīstības projekta izveidei. The subject of Master thesis is ,,Changes and development options of preschool educational institution’’. The purpose of this Master thesis is to investigate the nature of changes and to ascertain development opportunities of a pre-school educational institution as an organization. There are two chapters in this Master thesis. In the first chapter processes of changes in education, periods of changes in educational system, nature and aspects of changes, as well as, difficulties in educational system during the changes are discussed. During the process of changes there has been inspected a pre-school educational institution has been described. In the second chapter empirical methods of research have been used. There has been researched operation of a pre-school educational institution and the factors hindering or stimulating development of the institution were determined. Based on theoretical analysis and empirical researches suggestions for creation of development project of a pre-school educational institution have been worked out. At the end of Master thesis you can find the author’s conclusions, bibliography and addenda.
