Sociāli pedagoģiskā darbība mobinga mazināšanā Daugavpils 9.vidusskolas pamatizglītības posmā

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir raksturot sociāli pedagoģisko darbību mobinga mazināšanā. Darbs sastāv no ievada un 6 nodaļām. Ievadā tiek aprakstīts tā aktualitāte, problēmu risināšanā, pedagoga loma tā mazināšanā. 1.un 2.daļās-teorētiska apskate, analizē, tā veidu raksturojums. 3. un 4. risinātas aktuālas problēmas saistītas ar pedagoga darbību tā mazināšanā. 5.analītiskā analīze, pētniecības objekta raksturojums izmantojot pētniecības metodes.6. ir programma mobinga atpazīšana un tā mazināšana, veikta aprobācija, analizēti rezultāti. Veiktais darbs palīdzes labāk atpazīt šo parādību, atrisināt, samazināt šo problēmu. Darbs var būt izmantots sociālo pedagogu , skolas pedagogu, administrācijas vidū. Actual problem developed in the work of social pedagogue for reducing mobing. The aim of work is characterize Pedagogical actions for mobing reducing. It consists of introduction and 6 parts. Mobing’s actuality, the solution of problem situations, the role of pedagogue for reducing it are described here. 1, 2 parts-analysis of mobing, different kinds of it. 3, 4 -problems solution for reducing it. 5 analytical analysis, characteristic of methods. Argumentation is given to prove ideas of the work. The programme for reducing it has been made, aprobation done, results analysed. The work can be used by pedagogues of different schools, teachers, administration. It will help to find out this phenomenon and cure it.
