Abstract

Vaivode Dace Pedagogu profesionālās karjeras izvēles motivācija Maģistra darbs Zinātniskais vadītājs: Mg. psych., lektore Ineta Daiktere Darba apjoms:63 lpp., 35 bibliogrāfiskie nosaukumi, 8 pielikumi. Darbs sastāv no ievada, divām daļām, secinājumiem un pielikumiem. Pētījuma mērķis: pievērst uzmanību pedagogu profesionālajai darba motivācijai, parādīt tās nozīmi skolā. Pētījuma priekšmets: profesionālās karjeras izvēles un darba motivācija pedagogiem. Pētījuma jautājumi: 1.Kāds profesionālās motivācijas veids dominē pedagogiem? 2.Kādi faktori nosaka pedagogu darba motivāciju ? 3.Vai pastāv sakarība starp profesionālo darba motivāciju un izdegšanu ? 4.Kā pedagogu profesionālo karjeras izvēli ietekmē atalgojums ? Pētījuma bāze: 60 pedagogi, kas strādā 2 pamatskolās un 1 vidusskolā; 50 pēdējo kursu pedagoģijas studenti. Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1.Iepazīt, izanalizēt un apkopot literatūru par motivācijas būtību un atšķirīgajām motivācijas teorijām. 2.Izpētīt teorētiskās nostādnes par motivācijas veidošanās procesu. 3.Izpētīt galvenos pedagoga darba motivatorus. 4.Praktiski izpētīt pedagoga darba motivāciju ietekmējošos faktorus. Pētījumā tiek izmantotas sekojošas pētījumu metodes: 1.Pedagoģiskās un psiholoģiskās literatūras un informācijas avotu analīze; 2.D. Maklelanda motivācijas tests (McClelland D., 1995. “Motivation Test”) 3.Aptaujas anketas (profesijas izvēle, apmierinātība ar darbu, darba slodze) Iegūtais pētījums varētu palīdzēt izprast darbinieku motivēšanas principus, izdegšanas iemeslus un to ietekmi uz darba rezultātiem.

The subject of the research: Career choice and motivation of pedagogues. The object of research: 60 pedagogues from elementary and secondary schools The main questions for research: 1.What kind of the professional motivation is the main for pedagogues? 2.Which factors influence the motivation of pedagogues? 3.Is there any conection between the motivation of professional work and the burn – out? 4.How salary affects to professional career of pedagogues? The task of research: 1.To study and analyze a literature about the motivation and different theories of motivation 2.To explore theories about process of motivation 3.To study the main motivators in work of pedagogues. 4.Practically explore facts that affect motivation of pedagogues. The methods of the research: 1.Analysis of pedagogical and psychological literature 2.The motivation Test of the D. McClelland (McClelland D., 1995. “Motivation Test”) 3.Questionnaire (satisfy with a job, choice of a job, full time job - load) The results of the reserch could help to understand how to motivate employees, the reasons of burnout and hoe these reasons influence the results of the work.
