Abstract
Maģistra darbā aplūkoti mikonazola noteikšanai veltītie pētījumi. Eksperimentālajā daļā ir pētīti mikonazola kvalitatīvās un kvantitatīvās noteikšanas metodes apstākļi. Tika veikta validācija aktīvās vielas kvantitatīvai noteikšanas procedūrai. Mikonazola izpētei izmantoja apgrieztās fāzes šķidruma hromatogrāfijas metodi.

This work deals with literature studies of miconazole analysis in pharmaceutical products. In experimental part qualitative and quantitative determination of miconazole has been studied. Validation for quantitative determination of active substance in pharmaceutical product was performed. Reversed-phase chromatography for miconazole analysis has been used.
