Jaunatklāto oglekļa zvaigžņu efektīvās temperatūras

Abstract

Tiek pētītas jaunatklātās oglekļa zvaigznes un noteiktas to efektīvās temperatūras. No atrastajām 77 oglekļa zvaigznēm, izmantojot Šmidta teleskopu un CCD kameru iegūtajos uzņēmumos, 19 ir jaunatklātas. Oglekļa zvaigznēm noteiktas precīzas koordinātas pēc 2MASS katalogu datiem un, balstoties uz iepriekš veiktajiem Latvijas Universitātes Astronomijas institūta pētījumiem, aprēķinātas efektīvās temperatūras.Newly-found carbon stars are investigated and their effective temperatures determined. From the 77 carbon stars found in the acquired images of Northern sky using Schmidt telescope and CCD camera in Baldones observatory, 19 are newly discovered. Precise coordinates using the 2MASS catalogue data and effective temperatures based on previous research in the Institute of Astronomy of University of Latvia are obtained.
