Abstract
SIA “Atea” uzņēmums ir viens no vadošajiem Baltijas IT infrastruktūru piegādātājiem. Uzņēmuma klienti ir komercklienti, valsts un pašvaldības iestādes. Uzņēmums nav sasniedzis 2016. gadā izvirzīto mērķi. Biznesa procesu pārvaldība ir viena no metodēm, kura palīdzētu īstenot izvirzīto uzņēmuma mērķi. Diplomdarba pētījuma mērķis ir aprakstīt un pilnveidot SIA “Atea” uzņēmuma biznesa procesus tirdzniecības nodaļā. Darba rezultātā tika modelēti un aprakstīti uzņēmuma SIA “Atea” tirdzniecības nodaļas biznesa procesi. Tika konstatēts, ka uzņēmums izmanto biznesa procesu pārvaldību zemā līmenī. Tika piedāvāta tirdzniecības nodaļas restrukturizācija, tas ļaus uzņēmumam optimizēt biznesa procesu pārvaldību tirdzniecības nodaļā. Darbu veido 58 lapaspuses, 6 tabulas, 20 attēli, 14 izmantotās literatūras avoti. ATEA is one of the leading IT infrastructure supplier companies in Baltics. Company is focusing on working with mainly business customers, state and municipal authorities. In 2016 company did not reach the target. Business Process management is one of the methods, which contributes to the establishment's designated goal. The objective of research paper is to describe and improve ATEA company’s commerce processes in sales department. ATEA sales department business processes were modelled and described in paper. It was found that the company is using business process management on a very low level. It was offered to restructure sales department, which will allow the company to optimize business process management in the following department. In a 58-page study 6 tables, 20 pictures and 14 literature reference sources were used.
