Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma “Komandas darba organizācijas aspekti pie oftalmoloģijas operācijām”. Tēmas aktualitāte – mazais oftalmoloģijas operāciju ilgums un operāciju skaits dienā pieprasa efektīvu komandas organizāciju. Darba mērķis - apzināt nozīmīgākos komandas darba organizācijas aspektus pie oftalmoloģijas operācijām. Pētījuma jautājums - kādi ir nozīmīgākie oftalmoloģijas operāciju komandas darba organizācijas aspekti? Pētniecības instruments – novērojumu protokols. Pētniecības metode – novērojumi. Galvenie rezultāti: 1. 74% glaukomas un 91% kataraktas operāciju veiktas ātrāk par standarta 30-40 minūtēm, kas liecina par komandas augsta līmeņa organizāciju; 2. 12% kataraktas operāciju nav veikta pacienta identifikācija pirms operācijas. Atbilde uz pētījuma jautājumu: oftalmoloģijas operāciju komandas darba organizācijas galvenais aspekts ir precīza pienākumu un atbildības sadalīšana starp operāciju komandas dalībniekiem perioperatīvajā periodā. The bachelor’s thesis “ Teamwork organization aspects in ophthalmic operations”. Actuality of theme – short timing of ophthalmic operations and amount of operations per day requests effective organization of the team. The aim of the thesis – to identify most important teamwork organization aspects in ophthalmic operations. The research question – what is the most significant workteam organization aspects in ophthalmic operations? Research tool - observation protocol. Research method – observation. Main conclusions: 1. 74% of glaucoma and 91% of cataract operations were managed in less than standard 30-40 minutes, which evidences of high team organization level. 2. There was no patient identification managed before 12% of cataract operations. The answer to research question: the most important teamwork organization aspect in ophthalmic operations is exact management of obligations and responsibility of team members through perioperative period.
