Anotācija
Promocijas darbā „Uz modeļu transformācijām balstītu rīku būves metožu izstrāde un
realizācija” aplūkota uz modeļu transformācijām un metamodeļiem balstītu
problēmorientētu rīku būves sfēra un risināta problēma, kā atvieglot šādu rīku
izstrādi un lietošanu. Konkrēti aplūkota rīku būves platforma GRAF, kuras izstrādē
autors piedalījies, un tā papildināta ar vairākiem servisiem, kas atvieglo rīku izstrādi
ar šo platformu, kā arī ar to izstrādātu rīku uzturēšanu. Galvenie papildinājumi ietver
vidēji augsta līmeņa modeļu transformāciju valodu izstrādi un realizāciju,
metamodeļa skata jēdziena definēšanu un ieviešanu, kā arī modeļa un metamodeļa
fragmenta specificēšanu, eksportu, importu un integrēšanu citā repozitorijā. Darba
rezultāti publicēti 16 publikācijās starptautiski recenzējamos izdevumos.

Abstract In Doctoral Thesis „The Model Transformation-based Tool Building Techniques and Their Implementation” a model transformation- and metamodel-based domainspecific tool building area is inspected paying the main attention to the problem of making the development and usage of such tools easier. The tool building platform GRAF is examined since it has been partly developed by the author. This platform is supplemented with several services alleviating both the development of new tools and the maintenance of existing ones. The main additions are the development and implementation of semi-high level model transformation languages, the definition and initiation of a notion of a view on a metamodel and the specification, export and import of a fragment of a model/metamodel as well as its integration into another repository. Results are published in 16 internationally peer-reviewed publications. Keywords: Tool-building platform, model transformations, transformation languages, views on metamodels.
