Jaunatnes pludmales volejbola attīstības perspektīvas Latvijā

Abstract

Maģistra darba “Jaunatnes pludmales volejbola attīstības perspektīvas Latvijā” mērķis ir noskaidrot jaunatnes pludmales volejbola attīstības perspektīvas Latvijā. Darbā apkopota un analizēta literatūra par jaunatnes pludmales volejbolu, izglītību, jauniešu treniņiem pludmales volejbolā, treneriem, programmu licencēšanu un akreditāciju Latvijā, kā arī pētītas ASV un Vācijas pludmales volejbola sistēmas Tika analizēti Latvijas jauniešu pludmales volejbolistu aptaujas rezultāti par viņu pludmales volejbola karjeru un izglītību, kā arī salīdzināta Latvijas un citu valstu pieredze pludmales volejbolā. Pamatojoties uz teorētisko nostādņu un praktiski pētnieciskās daļas secinājumiem, tika noteikti jaunatnes pludmales volejbola attīstības nosacījumi atbilstoši Latvijas situācijai.

The aim of the master’s work “Youth beach volleyball development perspectives in Latvia” is to clarify the prospects for the development of beach volleyball in Latvia. The work summarizes and analyses literature on youth beach volleyball, education, beach volleyball youth trainings and coaching, licensing and accreditation of programmes in Latvia, US and German beach volleyball systems. The result of Latvian youth beach volleyball players careers and education, as well as the views of sport functionalists from Latvia, the United States and Germany on beach volleyball development policy and education, are analysed. On the basis of the conclusions of the theoretical guidelines and the practically exploratory part, the conditions for the development of youth beach volleyball are determined according to the situation of Latvia.
