Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma – Izdegšanas sindroma veicinošie faktori un to mazināšanas iespējas ambulatoro māsu praksē.
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the factors contributing to the burnout syndrome and the possibilities of their reduction in the practice of outpatient nurses. The topicality of the topic is determined by the well-known term stress, especially for those working in the field of health care, who see both patients' stress on a daily basis and experience stress themselves. Virtually every employee, especially with medical education, work experience in the field of healthcare, is able to tell about stressors in their daily lives - cooperation with patients, contact with other people's pain, negations, limited ability to help "everyone and immediately", intense work rhythm, frequent overload, both on the experiences experienced and observed, and on ways to reduce the effects of stress. The aim of the work is to find out the factors contributing to the burnout syndrome and the possibilities of their reduction in the practice of outpatient nurses. The research tasks are: 1. to compile and analyze literature sources on the factors contributing to burnout syndrome and the possibility of their reduction; 2. to create a research tool - interview questions; 3. conduct interviews; 4. analyze the obtained data; 5. draw conclusions. Research question: What are the contributing factors to burnout syndrome and how to reduce them in outpatient nursing practice? Research tool: interview Research method: qualitative method, narrative research with content analysis Results of the study: Most of the respondents in the study have been exposed to the factors of burnout syndrome, but not all have had the opportunity to reduce or eliminate these factors. Keywords: burnout syndrome, stress, nurse.
