Abstract
Šajā darbā tiek aplūkota COVID-19 pandēmijas ietekme uz Latvijas darba tirgus makroekonomiskajiem rādītājiem un atšķirīgām tautsaimniecības nozarēm, izmantojot salīdzinošo novērtēšanu, lai identificētu visvairāk ietekmētās nozares. Lai salīdzinātu 2020. gada un 2021. gada izmaiņas, tiek aplūkots plašāks laika periods – no 2011-2019. gadam. Darba statistisko datu analīzei tiek izmantota statistiskā dinamikas tendenču analīze. Lai varētu izskaidrot potenciālās izmaiņas, kuras sagaidāmas tuvākajos gados pēc pētāmā perioda, tiek aplūkoti darba tirgus makroekonomikas teorijas principi. Šajā darbā tiek pētīti konkrēti makroekonomiskie rādītāji kā ekonomiski aktīvie iedzīvotāji, nodarbinātie iedzīvotāji, bezdarbnieki, brīvās darbvietas un darba samaksas. Konkrētām nozarēm tiek analizēti tām nozarēm specifiski rādītāji.
This paper examines the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the macroeconomic indicators of the Latvian labor market and different sectors of the economy, using benchmarking to identify the most affected sectors. To compare the changes in the years 2020 and 2021, a broader time period is considered - from 2011-2019 year. The analysis of statistical dynamic trends is used for the analysis of statistical data. In order to be able to explain the potential changes that are expected in the coming years after the studied period, the principles of labor market macroeconomic theory are considered. This paper examines specific macroeconomic indicators such as the labor force, the employed population, the unemployed, job vacancies and wages. Industry-specific indicators are analyzed for specific sectors.
