Abstract
Maģistra darba “Aizstāvības iespējas speciālo skolu reorganizēšanā” izvirzītais mērķis ir izpētīt speciālo skolu pastāvēšanas iespējas, īstenojot iekļaujošo izglītību un izstrādāt ieteikumus speciālo skolu darbības pilnveidei. Ar kvantitatīvām un kvalitatīvām datu ieguves metodēm un datu statistisko analīzi tika iegūta pētījuma bāze tālākai izpētei. Pētījuma ietvaros tiek apskatīta iekļaujošā izglītība no teorētiskā aspekta un tiek pētīts, kā tas atspoguļojas reālajā dzīvē. Maģistra darba empīriskajā daļā tiek veiktas Vidzemes reģiona izglītības pārvaldes vadītāju un izglītības iestāžu direktoru intervijas, kā arī Vidzemes reģiona speciālo un vispārizglītojošo skolu pedagogu aptaujas. Datu analīzes ietvaros iekļaujošā izglītība tiek vērtēta ar SVID analīzes palīdzību. Pētījuma rezultātā tika veikta apkopota būtiskākā ar iekļaujošo izglītību un skolu reorganizāciju saistītā informācija, veikta tās analīze un iegūti vērtīgi dati par Vidzemes reģiona pedagogu, direktoru un izglītības pārvalžu vadītāju viedokli un uzskatiem pētāmajā jomā.
The aim of the Master's Thesis “Opportunities for defense in the Reorganization of Special Schools” is to research the possibility to continue special school existence by implementing an inclusive school system and developing recommendations for the improvement of the operation of special schools. Quantitative and qualitative data acquisition methods and statistical analysis of the data provided a research basis for further research. The study examines inclusive education from a theoretical perspective and compares how it is reflected in real life. In the empirical part of the Master's Thesis, interviews with the heads of Vidzeme region education department and directors of educational institutions were held, as well as surveys of teachers of special and general education schools in Vidzeme region are conducted. Within the framework of data analysis, inclusive education is evaluated with the help of SWOT analysis. As a result of the research, the most important information related to inclusive education and reorganization of schools was summarized, its analysis was performed and valuable data on the views and opinions of teachers, principals and heads of education departments in Vidzeme region were obtained.
