Abstract
Atklāta jauna, ērta metode 3-hidroksimetilizoindolinonu sintēzei, kas balstīta uz kobalta katalizētu, pikolīnamīda virzītu fenilglicinolu atvasinājumu C-H saites aktivēšanu un karbonilēšanu. Literatūras apskatā ir apkopota literatūra par C-H aktivēšanu, par dažādām virzošām grupām, kā arī par C(sp2)-H un C(sp3)-H saites karbonilēšanas reakcijām.
A novel and efficient method for the synthesis of 3-hydroxymethyl isoindolinones via cobalt-catalysed C(sp2)-H carbonylation of phenylglicinol derivatives using picolinamide as a traceless directing group is demonstrated. Literature review summarizes the information about C-H activation and different directing groups as well as carbonylation reactions of C(sp2)-H and C(sp3)-H bond.
