Abstract
Diplomdarbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā, datorsalikumā, uz 51 lappusēm un satur 24 attēlus, 8 tabulas. Tajā ir izmatoti 17 literatūras avoti.
Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek apskatītas multifokālo kontaktlēcu īpatnības. Tiek iepazīstināts ar trijiem progresīvo kontaktlēcu veidiem un to pielaikošanas procedūrām.
Darba mērķis: Noteikt redzes kvalitāti un pacienta subjektīvās sajūtas starp trīs dažādiem progresīvo kontaktlēcu veidiem un progresīvajām brillēm.
Subjekti un metodes: praktiskajā daļā tiek salīdzināts viena pacienta redzes asums un redzes funkcijas tuvumā un tālumā kā arī subjektīvās sajūtas ar trīs dažādiem kontaktlēcu veidiem un progresīvām brillēm.
Rezultāti: jebkura kontaktlēcu korekcija uzrādīja sliktākus mērījumus salīdzinājumā ar ierasto briļļu korekciju.

There are discussed features of three multifocal contact lenses and fitting procedures in theoretical review. Purpose: Establish quality of vision and patient`s individual senses for three different progressive contact lenses and spectacles. Subjects and methods: In practical part there are compared patient`s visual acuity and vision functions at distance and near and also individual senses for three different progressive contact lenses and spectacles.
