Abstract
Maģistra darba “Latvijas izglītības uzņēmējdarbības ekosistēmas analīze un tās attīstības iespējas” mērķis ir izstrādāt ieteikumus Latvijas Izglītības uzņēmējdarbības ekosistēmas veidošanai. Mērķa sasniegšanai veikts pētījums par izglītības uzņēmējdarbības ekosistēmas teorētiskajiem aspektiem, aplūkoti labās prakses piemēri Baltijas jūras reģiona valstīs, definēts jēdziens “izglītības nozares produkts”. Empīriskajā pētījumā veikta normatīvo aktu un politikas plānošanas dokumentu analīze, veiktas intervijas ar izglītības nozares ekspertiem, konstatējot aktuālo situāciju izglītības uzņēmējdarbības ekosistēmas kontekstā. Maģistra darba pētījuma rezultāti apstiprina pētījuma sākumā izvirzīto hipotēzi, ka Latvijas izglītības uzņēmējdarbības ekosistēma ir sadrumstalota un neveicina izglītības nozares produktu radīšanu un ieviešanu.
The aim of the master's thesis “Analysis of the educational entrepreneurship ecosystem in Latvia and its development possibilities” is to develop recommendations for the development of the Latvian education business ecosystem. A study on the theoretical aspects of the educational entrepreneurship ecosystem has been carried out, examples of good practice in the Baltic Sea region have been considered and the concept of an “educational product” has been defined. The analysis of regulatory enactments and policy planning documents was performed in the empirical research, interviews with experts in the field of education were conducted, establishing the current situation in the context of the educational entrepreneurship ecosystem.The study results of the master's thesis confirm the hypothesis put forward at the beginning of the study that the educational entrepreneurship ecosystem in Latvian is fragmented and does not promote the creation and implementation of educational products.
