Abstract
PNS nukleobāzu pKa vērtību ietekme uz PNS-dsRNS tripleksu stabilitāti. Lataria A., zinātniskais vadītājs Mg. chem., Vladislavs Baškevičs. Bakalaura darbs, 39 lappuses, 22 attēli, 32 literatūras avoti, 22 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā. Bakalaura darbā tika noteiktas PNS nukleobāzu pKa vērtības un izvērtētas M monomēra un metil-aizvietotu M monomēru sintēzes iespējas. Literatūras apskats satur informāciju par etil 2-(6-aminopiridīn-3-il)acetāta iegūšanas metodēm un M monomēra sintēzes iespējas. Eksperimentālajā daļā aprakstīta mērķa savienojuma sintēze.

Literature review contains information about synthesis methods of ethyl 2-(6-aminopyridin-3-yl)acetate and the M monomer. The synthesis of the target compound is described in the experimental section.
