Abstract

Pētījuma tēma ir “Līderības stila ietekme uz darbinieku apmierinātību ar darbu uzņēmumā AS “Latvenergo”. Enerģētikas nozarē, kurā darbojas uzņēmums, līderības pieejas iegūst īpašu nozīmi, jo uzņēmums pastāvīgi saskaras ar tehnoloģiskām izmaiņām, tirgus konkurenci un regulējuma izaicinājumiem, darbinieku apmierinātība kļūst par nozīmīgu faktoru organizācijas stabilitātei. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir novērtēt AS “Latvenergo” līderības stila ietekmi uz darbinieku apmierinātību ar darbu, kā arī sniegt priekšlikumus līderības stila pilnveidošanai. Pētījumā ietvaros ir veikta teorētiskās literatūras analīze, uzņēmuma iekšējās vides izvērtējums, kā arī interviju un aptaujas datu analīze. Darbs sastāv no 60 lapaspusēm, 9 attēliem, 2 tabulām, 2 pielikumiem, un ir izmantoti 53 literatūras avoti.

The topic of the research is “The Impact of Leadership Style on Employee Job Satisfaction in the Company AS “Latvenergo”. In the energy sector, in which the company operates, leadership approaches gain particular importance, as the company constantly faces technological changes, market competition, and regulatory challenges, and employee satisfaction becomes a significant factor for the organization’s stability. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to assess the impact of the leadership style in AS “Latvenergo” on employee job satisfaction, as well as to provide proposals for improving the leadership style. The study includes a theoretical literature analysis, an evaluation of the company’s internal environment, as well as an analysis of interview and survey data. The thesis consists of 60 pages, 9 figures, 2 tables, 2 appendices, and includes 53 literature sources.
