Abstract
Darba mērķis ir izpētīt tērzēšanas botus, bezservera platformu un tērzēšanas botu izstrādi bezservera platformās. Darba ietvaros ir izpētīta bezservera platformas būtība un arhitektūra, kā arī apskatīts tērzēšanas botu raksturojums; tika izpētīts tērzēšanas botu iedalījums pēc dažādām iezīmēm. Tika izpētītas platformas un rīki tērzēšanas botu izstrādei bezservera platformās. Darba ietvaros tika izstrādāts strādājošs tērzēšanas bots Slack tērzētavai, kas tika izvietots AWS Lambda vidē.
The aim of the work is to investigate the chatbots, the serverless platforms and chatbot development on serverless platforms. In scope of thesis, the essence and architecture of serverless platform is examined; chatbots apportionment according to different features were examined. The platforms and tools for developing serverless chatbots were explored. In scope of thesis, a working chatbot was developed for the Slack messenger, and chatbot was deposited into the AWS Lambda environment.
