Abstract

Šī darba mērķis ir analizēt notariālā akta iespējamo pielietošanu un efektivitāti darījumos ar nekustamajiem īpašumiem, kā arī analizēt notariālā akta un publisko reģistru esošo un potenciālo ieguldījumu darījuma dalībnieku tiesību aizsardzībā darījumos ar nekustamajiem īpašumiem.The goal of this thesis is to analyse possible application and efficiency of the notarial deed as regards transactions with real estate as well as to analyse the existing and potential contribution of the notarial deed and public registers to the protection of transaction participants as regards transactions with immovable property.
