Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir: SIA “SmartLynx Airlines” dažādu paaudžu darbinieku integrācijas procesa atšķirību novērtējums. Darbs sastāv no 66 lappusēm, tajā iekļauts 21 attēls un 1 pielikums. Mūsdienu globālās izmaiņas, tostarp tehnoloģiju attīstība un dažādu paaudžu darbinieku pieaugošā iesaiste darba tirgū, organizācijām paver gan iespējas, gan veicina sarežģījumus. Šie faktori īpaši ietekmē aviācijas nozari, kur efektīva dažādu darbinieku integrācija var būtiski uzlabot uzņēmuma darbību. Tā kā dažādu paaudžu pārstāvjiem – no “Baby Boomers” līdz Z paaudzei – raksturīgas atšķirīgas vērtības, attieksme un darba stili, būtiski ir izprast šo grupu īpatnības un organizācijas kultūras lomu integrācijas procesā. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt dažādu paaudžu darbinieku integrācijas procesa nozīmīgākās atšķirības un to ietekmi uz organizāciju, veicot SIA "SmartLynx Airlines" gadījuma izpēti. Autors darba gaitā pēta teorētiskos aspektus par paaudžu darba īpatnībām, darbinieku integrāciju un organizācijas kultūru, kā arī novērtē uzņēmuma stratēģijas un prakses efektivitāti dažādu darbinieku integrācijā. Pamatojoties uz iegūtajiem rezultātiem, tiek sniegti priekšlikumi organizācijas kultūras un integrācijas procesu pilnveidei.
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is: Assessment of differences in the integration process of employees of different generations at SIA "SmartLynx Airlines". The thesis consists of 66 pages, includes 21 picture and 1 attachement. Modern global changes, including technological development and the increasing involvement of employees of different generations in the labor market, open up both opportunities and challenges for organizations. These factors especially affect the aviation industry, where effective integration of different employees can significantly improve the company's operations. Since representatives of different generations - from Baby Boomers to Generation Z - are characterized by different values, attitudes and work styles, it is important to understand the characteristics of these groups and the role of organizational culture in the integration process. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the most significant differences in the integration process of employees of different generations and their impact on the organization by conducting a case study of SIA "SmartLynx Airlines". In the course of the thesis, the author studies theoretical aspects of the peculiarities of work of generations, employee integration and organizational culture, as well as evaluates the effectiveness of the company's strategy and practice in integrating different employees. Based on the results obtained, proposals are provided for improving organizational culture and integration processes.
