Edgara Kauliņa Lielvārdes vidusskolas 10. - 12. klašu skolēnu informācijpratības novērtējums

Abstract

21. gadsimtā informācijpratības apguvei ir liela nozīme, lai sabiedrība spētu efektīvi piekļūt un izmantot informāciju. Svarīgi informācijas prasmes attīstīt jau agrā vecumā, lai vēlāk tās varētu pielietot gan personiskajā, gan profesionālajā dzīvē. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot Edgara Kauliņa Lielvārdes vidusskolas 10. – 12. klašu skolēnu informācijpratības līmeni digitālā vidē. Pētījuma gaitā veikta dokumentu analīze, intervijas, verbālais protokols, lai noskaidrotu skolēnu informācijpratības līmeni un aspektus, kas ietekmē tās attīstību. Pētījuma rezultāti rāda, ka skolēnu informācijpratības līmenis ir vidējs. Tā attīstību ietekmē skolēnu personīgie mērķi, motivācija, skolas politika, skolotāju iniciatīva, zināšanas u.c. aspekti.

In the 21-st century information literacy is of great importance enabling society to effectively access and use information. It is important to develop information skills at an early age, so that they can later be used for both personal and professional purposes. The aim of the study is to find out information literacy level in the digital environment among the learners of the 10th – 12th grade at Edgars Kauliņš secondary school. During the research the documentation was analyzed, interviews, verbal protocol were carried out to find out schoolers information literacy level and the aspects that affect its development. The results of the research show that learners’ information literacy level is average. Its development is affected by schoolers’ personal goals, motivation, school policy, teachers’ initiative, knowledge and other aspects.
