Tehnikas apkopes un remonta darba procesu optimizācija tehnikas nomas uzņēmumā SIA “Storent”

Abstract

Efektīva nomas iekārtu apkope un ar tās remontu saistīto procesu optimizācija ir būtiska, lai nodrošinātu tehnikas ilglaicīgu ekspluatāciju, palielinātu tehnikas nomas uzņēmuma konkurētspēju, un peļņu. Pētījuma mērķis ir uz teorētiskās un uzņēmuma procesu analīzes pamata izstrādāt optimizācijas risinājumus, ar apkopi un remontu saistītiem procesiem tehnikas nomas uzņēmumā. Pētījuma galvenie uzdevumi ir uzņēmuma remonta procesu izpēte, būtiskāko šī procesa izaicinājumu identifikācija, inženiertehnisku risinājumu izstrāde un ieviešana. Iegūtie rezultāti norāda uz ekonomisku ieguvumu un darbinieku laika ietaupījumu, ieviešot daļēji automatizētu krājumu uzskaites risinājumu. Ieviešot piedāvāto palīgrīku kapitālremonta gadījumā, lēmumi par remontu uzņēmumā būtu balstīti uz kvantitatīviem ekonomiskiem principiem, nevis subjektīvu intuīciju.

Efficient maintenance of rental equipment and optimisation of repair processes are essential to ensure the long-term operation of the equipment, increase the competitiveness of the company and its profits. The aim of the study is to develop optimisation solutions for processes related to maintenance and repair in a rental company based on theoretical and business process analysis. The main objectives are the study of the repair processes, identification of the biggest challenges of this process, development and implementation of engineering solutions. The results indicate economic benefits and staff time savings by implementing a semi automated inventory solution. By implementing the proposed tool in the case of capital repair, managerial decision in the company can be based on quantitative economic principles, not subjective intuition.
