Abstract
Promocijas darba merkis ir izpetit augstskolas izglitibas vides butiskakos komponentus un
izveidot izglitibas vides vadibas strukturmodeli. Merka sasniegšanai formuleti šadi uzdevumi:
izanalizet teoretisko literaturu par izglitibas vides vadibu augstskola; noteikt un izpetit izglitibas
vides komponentus, kuri ietekme studentu apmierinatibu ar izglitibas vidi un motivaciju
turpmakajam studijam; izveidot augstskolas izglitibas vides vadibas strukturmodeli; izstradat
izglitibas vides novertešanas indikatorus ka butisku tas vadibas aspektu un parbaudit tos prakse;
izstradat praktiskus ieteikumus augstskolas izglitibas vides vadibas pilnveidei.
Promocijas darbs sastav no ievada, sešam nodalam, secinajumu un priekšlikumu dalas,
literaturas saraksta un 2 pielikumiem. Kopejais darba apjoms, iznemot pielikumus, ir 174 lappuses
datorsalikuma.
The aim of the Promotion paper is to study the basic components of the educational environment of a higher education institution and develop a structural model of managing the educational environment. The following tasks were formulated: to analyse theoretical literature on the problem; to identify and examine the key elements of the environment affecting student satisfaction with the educational environment and student motivation for further studies; to work out a structural model of managing the educational environment of a higher education institution; to develop indicators for the environment evaluation and test them in practice; to work out practical recommendations for education managers. The Paper contains Introduction, 6 Chapters, Conclusions, Recommendations, List of Literature, 2 Appendices; its length is 174 in computer print.
