Amatniecības attīstības iespēju izpēte Latvijā un to risinājumu piedāvājums

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Amatniecības attīstības iespēju izpēte Latvijā un risinājumu piedāvājums” sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmajā daļā veikta amatniecības nozares izpēte, tēmas norobežošana no Amatniecības attīstības iespēju izpēte Latvijā un risinājumu piedāvājums uz Apģērbu amatniecības iespēju izpēte un risinājuma piedāvājums, veikts pētījums, aptaujājot sabiedrību un ekspertus. Otrajā nodaļā, pamatojoties uz pirmajā nodaļā gūtajiem secinājumiem un pielietojot prāta kartes metodi tiek sastādīts problēmkoks. Galvenā problēma noteikta, pamatojoties uz ekspertu vērtējumu. Tāpat tiek izvirzīts virsmērķis un no tā izrietošie apakšmērķi, kas savukārt palīdz noteikt trīs alternatīvas. Pielietojot projekta alternatīvo risinājumu variantu izvērtējumu ar finanšu analīzes rādītājiem, punktu vērtēšanas metodi, risku analīzi, kā arī priekšrocību un trūkumu noteikšanu, tiek piedāvāts projekta priekšlikums. Trešajā daļā tiek veikta projekta īstenošanas procesa sastādīšana, t.i., projekta starta, plānošanas, kontrolinga un noslēguma izstrāde. Secinājumi un priekšlikumi apkopoti darba beigās. Darba apjoms ir 78 lpp., kas sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Darbā izmantoti 20 attēli un 10 tabulas.
