20. gadsimta 70. gadu interjera dizaina stilistiskās iezīmes mūsdienu restorānā

Abstract

Darbā tiek analizēta restorāna izcelsme, tā galvenās funkcijas, kā arī tiek izpētīti ergonomiskie standarti un ieteikumi, kas sabiedrisko telpu padara apmeklētājiem pieejamu un ērtu. Liels uzsvars literatūras izpētē tiek liks uz interjera projektam izvēlētās ēkas laika periodu un tā raksturīgāko interjera iezīmju izpēti. Darba mērķis ir izstrādāt interjera dizaina projektu restorānam, balstoties uz 20.gs. 70to gadu stilistiskajām iezīmēm. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām – pētnieciskās un radošās daļas. Pētnieciskajā daļā tiek apgūta informācija par restorāna vēsturi un izcelsmi, tiek noskaidrota 20.gs. 70to gadu arhitektūras un interjera tendences un galvenās īpašības, lai tās varētu analizēt un salīdzināt ar tā laika restorāniem gan Latvijas teritorijā, gan Eiropas robežās. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 6 nodaļām, 8 apakšnodaļām un 36 pielikumiem. Tā apjoms ir 51 lappuses. Darbā izmantoti 33 literatūras avoti.

The diploma thesis analyzes the origin of the restaurant, its main functions, as well as studies the ergonomic standards and recommendations that make the public space accessible and comfortable for visitors. Great emphasis in literature research is placed on the time period of the building chosen for the interior design project and the study of its most characteristic interior features. The aim of the work is to develop an interior design project for a restaurant based on the stylistic features of the 1970s. The work consists of two parts - research and creative part. In the research part, information about the history and origin of the restaurant is learned, the architectural and interior trends and main characteristics of the 70s is clarified, so that they can be analyzed and compared with the restaurants of that time, both in the territory of Latvia and within the borders of Europe. The diploma thesis consists of 6 chapters, 8 subchapters and 36 appendices. Its volume is 51 pages. 33 literary sources are used in the work.
